Mmm, ratatouille.

Fabulous movie. Fabulous dinner. Especially if all you've got in the house are veggies (red bells peppers, green bell peppers, zucchini, onions, garlic, and tomatoes) and herbs (parsely, oregano, fresh basil). Chop it all up, stick it in a pot with olive oil and a bit of water, let stew for an hour over medium heat, and voila. A fabulous dinner that only gets better the longer it sits. I'm going to be living on it for a few days. :)

If anyone wants the actual recipe, let me know and I'll write it up.

Also, honey butter: 3/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup honey, whipped together with a fork and stored in the fridge. Feeds eight. My roommates and I cleaned ours out in a day, and I had to make more. It's divine.
